Junior Classes

6 to 11 years
Our children’s Kung Fu classes provide a fun, welcoming environment where children learn traditional Kung Fu, practical self-defence and the importance of discipline, respect and perseverance.
Through structured training, games and age-appropriate challenges, children develop confidence, coordination, balance, fitness and body awareness, while learning how to work with others and overcome challenges.
Parents can expect their children to benefit from:
-
Increased confidence – learning new skills and seeing their progress.
-
Improved focus and discipline – developing the ability to listen, concentrate and follow instructions.
-
Better fitness and coordination – building strength, balance, agility and movement skills.
-
Respect and teamwork – learning to support others, show courtesy and work together.
-
Resilience and perseverance – understanding that meaningful progress comes through patience and consistent effort.
-
Practical self-defence awareness – developing confidence, awareness and the ability to respond appropriately to situations.
Above all, we aim to help children become more confident, capable and respectful young people, while enjoying the journey of learning Kung Fu.

12 to 16 years
Our teenage Kung Fu classes provide a supportive and challenging environment where young people develop traditional Kung Fu skills, practical self-defence and the confidence to handle challenges both inside and outside the training hall.
Through structured training, partner work and age-appropriate challenges, students build fitness, coordination, discipline, focus and resilience, while learning the importance of respect, responsibility and consistent effort.
Parents can expect their teenagers to benefit from:
-
Greater self-confidence – developing skills, overcoming challenges and recognising their own progress.
-
Improved focus and discipline – learning to concentrate, follow instructions and commit to long-term development.
-
Better fitness and physical ability – building strength, stamina, balance, agility and coordination.
-
Practical self-defence skills – developing awareness, confidence and the ability to respond calmly and appropriately.
-
Resilience and perseverance – learning that progress comes through patience, effort and learning from setbacks.
-
Respect and responsibility – understanding the importance of self-control, courtesy and supporting others.
