Female Kickboxing Class

Female Fitness Kickboxing is an exciting style of kickboxing designed for women.

This class is designed to burn calories, give you the Fundamentals of Kickboxing, as well as improved fitness, confidence, balance and flexibility

Suitable for complete beginners, female Fitness Kickboxing also incorporates the latest in body sculpting and fat burning workouts.

 

 

Unwind from your busy day and let off steam on focus pads and kick shields  in this fun and fitness session.

Classes will cater for all levels of fitness from the complete beginner to advanced.

With classes focussed on fitness, stretching, toning, pad work, combination drills and general health and well being, come and enjoy this new class.

Monday Evening:

FEMALE FITNESS KICKBOXING  6:30pm - 7:30pm (15yrs+)

FEMALE FITNESS KICKBOXING   7:30pm - 8:30pm (15yrs+)
